Responsibilities

  • Supervise and schedule work requirements

  • Prepare all programmes, work schedules and quantities for projects

  • Attend all client meetings and executive meetings to coordinate construction activities

  • Supervise safety quality control inspections of sub-contractor’s services

  • Ensure quantity and quality of purchase and inspection of materials received

  • Strictly follow safety regulations at construction site

  • Prepare method of statements and risk assessment for all activities

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent from recognised institutions

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience (building and civil works) in Singapore

  • Knowledge in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

  • Able to read and analyse structural/architectural drawings

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and provide administrative support

  • Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels of staff

Salary Range

S$3,500 - S$5,500
