We are looking for a responsible, dedicated and experienced Business Analyst who is a good communicator and a natural at building good relationships with customers and internal teams. The candidate will be the vital link between our Information technology teams and our customers by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our customer’s software product features.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, understand and transmit the business requirements for a project and translating these into functional specifications and test plans to enable the development team to realise the business requirement.

  • Manage projects and interact with business users on new system change requirements, understand the needs, document the detailed requirement

  • Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes and work with the team to implement.

  • Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders

  • Provide gap analysis with business stakeholders to implement business process improvement initiatives

  • Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimise and enhance the requirement and risk management process

  • Support the overall business in term of development project and performances improvement, including costs efficiencies, strategic planning and ad-hoc analysis

  • Analyse and document business processes to facilitate and enhance future training and implementation

  • Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from client on the specifications to ensure the business supports the design of the new solution prior to development.

  • Establish strong working relationships with team members; from both Technology and Business teams

  • Communicate business priorities to the technology organisation accordingly, in order to drive effective business solutions

  • Communicate any potential issues back to Management

  • Constantly be on a lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to customer

  • Ensuring proper and clear documentation

Requirements

  • Previous experience in IT Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance

  • A degree in IT / Computer Science or a Business/Management degree with an IT experience

  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing

  • Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visual

  • Able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English in view of business communication with Chinese customers

  • Required to travel to work with clients to get business requirements (about one week in a month)

  • Have working experience about online/Web/APP project

  • Understanding of Chinese market preferred to liaise with Chinese customers
